On the afternoon of 16 February, the Final Partners’ Meeting of the ARACNE project took place, bringing together all project partners for the presentation of the results achieved within their respective Work Packages.
The meeting represented a key moment of synthesis and discussion, offering an overall view of the work carried out throughout the project. The coordinated presentation of results highlighted the solidity of the shared pathway and the value of cooperation among the different actors involved, showing how an interdisciplinary approach made it possible to address and overcome complex challenges across the many areas covered by ARACNE. Bringing the achieved milestones together in a single context clearly conveyed both the scope of the work carried out and the impact generated by the project.
On the following day, 17 February, the ARACNE team took part in a visit to the Palladian villa of Presina, in via Grantorto, where D’Orica has established its atelier. A careful and respectful restoration intervention, consistent with the architectural features typical of Palladian villas, has transformed the spaces of the barchessa into an exhibition area, where the relationship between the founders of D’Orica, the territory and silk can be retraced.
Dominating the space is a 1971 reeling machine, which was put back into operation on this occasion to demonstrate the silk reeling process used for the production of the jewellery. On the upper floor, ARACNE partners were able to closely observe the precious creations in gold and silk, appreciating the final outcome of a value chain that brings together tradition, artisanal expertise and innovation.

In the afternoon of 17 February, discussions among partners continued with further exchanges, focusing on the sharing of ideas and on the exploration of possible future projects, building on the experience gained and the results achieved through ARACNE.
In the evening, marking the conclusion of the two-day programme, partners gathered for a dinner in the city of Padua, celebrating what had been shared over three years of project activities. An informal yet meaningful moment, it marked the completion of an ambitious journey that succeeded in turning challenges initially perceived as difficult—if not impossible—into concrete and shared results.
