The “Tbilisi Silk Way: Virtual Map” has been completed and will be officially presented to the public on May 24, as part of the State Silk Museum’s International Museum Week 2025.
This initiative contributes to the broader objectives of the ARACNE project, aiming to rediscover and promote the cultural heritage of the European Silk Road. The virtual map highlights the historical and contemporary significance of the silk route in the South Caucasus region, offering new ways to explore and connect with this shared heritage.
The final version of the map will be available through the State Silk Museum’s official website and will also be accessible via the ARACNE platform, strengthening international cooperation and knowledge-sharing among project partners.
